Designed by Pierre Koenig, the midcentury modern architect who designed Case Study Houses #21 and #22. This may be the only home he designed with wood framing instead of his characteristic steel. Design restrictions in Palos Verdes required the saw-tooth roof lines over most of the house, which resulted in high vaulted ceilings with unique triangle-shaped glass panels above the tall windows and sliding glass doors.
